New door coming today. 
One of the last bits of work to be done is straightening out this front wall, and closing up BX on ceiling and electrical panel. 
This is where reception desk / check-in will be.

First studio off elevator. People are rehearsing here already.

Work left to be done is scraping, touching up windows, and getting outside cleaned.

Storage, meditation room, office, 1st entrance doors to theatre.

Floor just painted.

This was originally intended to be our office. 
But we will rent it out as fifth studio, as long as we need to, to get head start on debt.

Door to be installed to crawl space above.

From perspective of bathrooms, door to left is second door to theatre. All the way down the hall is Studio E in front. 

2nd exit door on rt. 
Straight ahead is two main entrance doors.

Hardwood floor will be sanded and treated with white stain to accomplish white box feel.

Repairing tin ceiling. 
Eventually we will expose the brick wall on lft side of picture to give this space more character. We did this in the kitchen and discovered it can be easily accomplished. But that's later in future...
